Physical Library Space Closed
Kingsway Library & Knowledge Service physical library space is now closed, but they are still working hard remotely to ensure that as many of their library services and resources are still available to you, and to minimise disruption for you as much as possible.

We are offering a postal service for book reservations. All you need to do is reserve the book on Heritage and we will do the rest.

Virtual Training Week 4th -8th October

Join us for our virtual training week 4th - 8th of October, where you can access a range of informative information skills workshops from 'how to set up a journal club', to 'an introduction to literature searching'.

All sessions are free to all staff and accessed via MS Teams. There is no need to book - just click on the Teams link to join the session.

Burton (QHB) library

Change of Location
The Burton (QHB) library has now moved, to a temporary location in the former Nurse Education Centre/School of Health, on the same site.
We are currently on the 1st floor but will be moving onto the ground floor hopefully by Christmas.

We have access to hundreds of Oxford Handbooks, Textbooks and Emergencies in....
You can access Oxford Medicine Online directly here. Select 'Sign in via your Institution', search 'NHS England' and select, then enter your Open Athens login credentials.
Alternatively you can access them through your NHS Open Athens account. Under 'My Resources' click on the link for the 'Oxford Medicine Online'.
Kortext eBooks

We now have access to a large collection of eBooks via Kortext
The subject areas include key clinical topics, nursing, primary care and general practice, palliative care, health management, as well as mentoring and coaching titles.

Too access Kortext you will need to sign in to your NHS OpenAthens account. Under 'My Resources' click on the link for the Kortext eBooks, then click on the 'collections' tab to view the eBooks we subscribe to.
