  • Unmind - is a workplace mental health platform.
    We empower organisations and employees to measurably improve their mental wellbeing

  • Sleepio - is a clinically-evidenced sleep improvement programme that is fully automated and highly personalised, using cognitive behavioural techniques to help improve poor sleep.

  • Daylight is a smartphone-based app that provides help to people experiencing symptoms of worry and anxiety


  • Public Health England - Psychological first aid in emergencies training for frontline staff and volunteers - free online training course

  • Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

  • EveryMind Matters to help you manage and maintain your mental health

  • WHO Mental health and psychosocial considerations during the COVID-19 outbreak

  • Calms Ways to stay social while social distancing

  • MindEd - Covid-19 Resilience Hub - advice and tips for frontline staff in the NHS on how to manage your own mental health and wellbeing, whilst looking after others during the Covid-19 crisis.
